    Prompt and kind. There was a crack in one of the glasses, but the shipment had been wrapped with care and clearly it was more to do with the delivery folk than the Seller. Especially as the shipping had been costly, was hopeful of a slight refund due to the crack but again, understand it wasn't Seller's fault per se.
