    The Seller is a nice lady, however the tea set coffee pot arrived with the handle completely cracked off. My guess, from working for a major van line, is that the box allowed too much movement in it, items got jossled, and the first thing to cracking was the biggest handle. It's a common packing mistake. I'm bummed, and was really proud to have this tea set. I'll take photos tomorrow in daylight so it's easier to see. If I can catch the big name jeweler open, I'll see if he can solder it.

    I apologize for the damage. I have shipped many items with very few problems. I felt the package was packed very carefully with each item separately bubble wrapped and packing on sides, in between, etc. Please let me know how I may assist in this situation.
