  Order was missed shipped. I was thinking my purchase was a scam. Seller stayed in contact with me. I was notified this morning that my order had been delivered at 11:45am. It wasn't delivered this morning like tracking stated. Seller kept trying to reassure me that it will be delivered today. It did arrive today at 3:45pm. Seller did get my order to after the miss delivery. I don't know what happened but I'm pleased with the Seller. Thank you for coming through.

  Contacted the seller because my items had not arrived. Turns out the package they sent was here but the wrong name was on the box. Called the shipping company and they told me to keep it or throw it away. I opened the package and found my tools. I dropped the claim and notified eBay. They told me the claim was closed.

  Poor communications. Seller did not notify item was shipped. Seller didn’t know item was already delivered. Seller notified me of incorrect delivery date. I contacted seller to inform him I didn’t receive any delivery on date seller said item was delivered. Then finally seller informs me of date item was actually delivered and I confirmed that was correct.
