    The seller went way above and beyond for me. My item was shipped super fast. Unfortunately the shipping company tossed my item like a football and it got messed up and dented all over.     Seller responded promptly to questions and shipped the drill right away. Drill was like in pictures, however, this model is not a "HAMMER" drill. It does work very good otherwise as intended by manufacturer. Will keep it. I do not think that this the seller knew that it was not a hammer drill. Just a regular variable speed reversible. So no harm done. Somehow feel confident this seller would have accepted a return or offered a partial refund I asked for. Buy here with confidence. Thank you.
