    The items that I received are not what was pictured in the photographs on eBay. The photographs on eBay showed brute with alcohol base. The items I received were alcohol free brute. That’s not what I wanted. I had asked the seller when I purchased them and I never got a response.  the seller went and bought items from Amazon and sent them to me. That’s not what I wanted! I would never use this seller again.

    Item was as described. However, the shipping was a bit confusing. No tracking information was provided until after I received the item. Item arrived via Amazon, not USPS. About a week after I received the item, USPS tracking information was provided, making it appear that it (or a second package) was on its way, but nothing ever arrived with the USPS tracking number provided. In the end, I did receive AN item that was exactly what I purchased here. Not sure that I'd buy from this seller again.

    Although the quality is good, the listing says pack of 2, and I only received 1. I did contact the seller, but the point of ordering this was because I needed it so I opened it. The seller said for me to return the item because there must’ve been an issue with inventory & once they receive my return, they either issue me a refund or send another order. I don’t want to have to return the product because that is an inconvenience for me, but they wouldn’t issue me a partial refund, or replacement
