first order notes were great.
second order ( beside he raised the prices immediately after asking him for a good offer, or even the same ) ;
he sent me the worst banknotes that he owns.
( 15 notes arrived: with margin tears,round corners, graphity , oil traces etc..)
my experience is that everyting under "LOT" title is very risky and dangerous to buy .
