The items I received were not the ones I ordered. I tried working it out with the buyer. He said he would give me 50% off on the feathers I ordered. But I have not gotten my refund back. I ordered feathers that were 1.1/4 -2.1/2. Wide . The ones I got were about 1 . Inch wide. They are not what was advertised. Can I please get help in my return. Thank you
