  Received the ordered Item which did not fit the camera even though the model (Cannon 760D) is clearly stated as supported and "will fit" . Exchanged few messages with the seller and provide requested picture detailing how it dopes not fit, Seller's responses made no sense at all and seems random or online translator generated, and avoided answering direct questions, eventually suggesting maybe an engineer could fit it, bad news - I am an engineer ! Not trusting this seller at all.

  I messaged the seller multiple times, on different days. I was told my package was delivered and it was nowhere to be found, and I was home all day. Additionally, the shipping service they use is in Chinese so I was unable to read, use, or contact customer support, was the weirdest and most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I just want to know if a replacement can be sent to me.
