  Great speedy delivery. Unfortunately I've become the latest victim of UPS. After the first delivery in the morning I called and texted immediately to advise that I work and can't get home before 4pm. The next day they came in the morning. I called and texted up until they returned my package even though I. Had a msg stating that the package was arriving. They recognized that it was their fault and I must contact you. Thanks from your new forever client

  Thank you for the feedback....one slight issue that has us a little confused....we dont ship via UPS....we ship via Fedex only. Your order was shipped to you from us via Fedex...but ultimately it seems like all if ok now so we are happy you are content.

  Due to the ever-increasing porch-thefts all over USA we have had to implement the 'direct-signature' stipulation.....and this at OUR cost...We pay an additional $ 7 for each order just for this signature....and this to ensure that our clients' packages arrive securely and safely and are not stolen. Think about it, if you received notification that you package was delivered yet you did not find it at your front door...how would you react? Would you be happy? We try to avoid these issues
