      I opened the package and it was completely soaked. No insulation or protection at all. It was the bottle in it's package (thin cardboard) put in a thin plastic bag sent through the mail. It was destroyed when I got it. Can't even use it a little, a complete loss! I'm very upset about this , as anyone would be
