  Shipped quickly. Packaged well. I bought it for my G scale layout. Not a 1:24 scale as the manufacturer described. It's actually 1:48. Not the seller's fault. Thank God I have an O gauge model railroad layout. A quality product at a reasonable price.

  If there was a Very Positive experience feedback option, I would give it to this seller. Extremely Generous & Helpful. Order arrived quickly so shipping is great, both in time & costs. Seller communicates promptly & very clearly. There were issues with this order which happened during shipping, I found out. Although it was not the seller's fault he stepped up & went beyond fixing everything. The seller's customer service is outstanding & excellent. The best I have had on eBay so far! Thank you!!

  The item was advertised as new or mint but did not work . The seller accuse me of taking the item out of the box and playing with it. Well, how am I supposed to know if it works or not? been buying items on eBay for years this is probably the worst seller I’ve ever encountered. Oh yes he did refund $16 out of $112 spent for an item that is worthless because it doesn’t work.

  In original packaging and seals. James contacted me and asked for "compensation". He claimed bumper cars went on and off and on etc. I asked for proof in a video. I was only given 2 photos of box and carousel. No bumper cars. I did not hear from him so I refunded $16 to buy new bumper parts. Kit online. He wanted more but would not give me a figure. I waited for a figure and I get an ebay return after a week. Full refund given. Guess what it works!

  Item arrived mostly safely and exactly as described. The packaging was a little light, which caused some light denting of the outermost corners, but other than that all pencils are in perfect condition!
