    I am leaving 5 stars because I received exceptional customer service which is a lost art form. The item was lost in a USPS shipping warehouse. This was out of the seller’s control therefore I do not believe their review should be tarnished because of it. I received a prompt response after notifying them of the issue. We gave it a few days to see if the tracking information would change. A few days later they automatically refunded my money without me having to contact them again. THANK YOU!!!!!

    Seller does not communicate, does not answer questions, and does not take returns. But the shipping was fast. The projector was NEW in a box, but it did not have 3D; the reason I was purchasing it. My request to return the projector was denied. I Won't be using this seller again. If you use this seller, I hope your experience is better than mine was... :( Good Luck
