    It was mostly our fault... We ordered the ultra thin instead of standard. We tried to cancel but the seller said it was already shipped out. The next day we got "item has been shipped" Like quite awhile after we requested cancel. However, the seller had a great price, and the shipping was lightning speed.

    15 or 16 of the powders were open and all the paperwork was missing. The item was supposed to be new. I was a bit annoyed and sent an email to the seller and she promptly responded, offering her apology and an immediate refund. This was THE BEST experience in the end and I will most definitely buy from her again. Fast shipping, too. Thank you, so much.
