    Revised- I have provided screenshots of both orders I placed showing the orders were supposed to be sent to the same address. Received the order containing two sizes of rounds and the pear shaped baltic amber. i paid $145.49 the order number was 09-13223-73702. i am happy with it. However this order 17-13237-02922 was marked to be sent to the same address (screenshot provided) i did not receive. i am having a hard time getting the seller to check the screen shots i sent.

    It was a very unusual situation when 2 Buyers placed the orders with the same last name Anderson.Yes orders was switches and was sended to a wrong addresses. Immediately i was send a correct order and did not ask for returning.In jewelry business we try to trust each other.And now Buyer has 2 order and one is not belong to him!He want to keep it! Its OK with me but remember about reputation and Karma.

    I ordered 925 silver earring findings in the style shown in photo. I received a different style. Earrings findings received are not marked 925, are magnetic and had dents in the sides. See photos. I contacted Seller who responded that findings were silver but offered to process a return. I had already thrown them in the trash. It is cumbersome for me to get to the Post Office, so I would likely not have returned them anyway.
