  Battery arrived completely dead and after contacting seller They suggested I go ahead and use it which is impossible. After several e mails they promised to send return label but never did, they asked for e mails which they already had and sent nothing but keep messaging excuses and suggestions on checking the battery which will not charge.

  Every batter was test using starter, we cut the plastic on its two ends in order to test, but he said plastic was not cut...
