  Seller intentionally (or belligerently?) misrepresented item via both photo and description - though details were correct (also stating "No Returns"). After combative and unhelpful direct correspondence, and ignoring my return requests, E-bay stepped in unprompted and approved the return. I would not do business with this seller again. Seller demonstrated a warped sense of integrity - like it's a game of "it's not my fault you can't read, so I win!". Childish. 2 pics = listing vs. received

  We attempted to come to a civil resolution with this buyer and were met with hostile responses and direct attacks on our business. We were unable to have a conversation with the buyer as they stopped responding after the third message. We escalated the claim to eBay who directed the buyer to return the item and we issued a refund after it was returned.

  3-D printing and having a quality product is never easy but this product is extremely clean. It has some of the ridges from printing but it’s minimal. The fit in the box is impeccable. Other than shipping company breaking one part it was pristine. Perfect price to protect my expensive game. Ohh, btw, the seller is shipping me a new piece that was broken and responded extremely quick.
