In the end, there was no need to ship with a 3rd party service, as the seller was going to my area in any case, so he delivered it to me personally, and as such, I got the card the same day. It was fully functional, and as pictured, only had an SFF bracket included in the box and the bracket screws were missing (I had missed that in the picture, however it is fine, as I temporarily put in similar screws and I should be getting screws with the normal height bracket I had ordered (I need both).
