  Blender came with all accessories, packaged decently in a timely manner. Although the blender was completely dead on arrival. No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

  This item was exactly as described. I unboxed it, plugged it in, and was able to use it right away. Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).

  Products were delivered as described, good, new condition. Good quality, good packaging. The camera came before the bag and accessories, however. They were shipped separately and I had to get creative with storage while awaiting the bag delivery. I called to get some info as I thought they forgot the bag and the customer service as prompt and very kind. Would buy again from this seller 👍

  Reconditioned Ninja Air Fryer was sent to my son. He had no idea it was reconditioned. It was boxed and packaged as any new item would be. Quick shipping and excellent quality and value.   I'm really pleased with my purchase here. It came in good safe packaging and was in good shape when it arrives. I spoke with customer service about an issue I had (needed to return it because I purchased the wrong one), customer service, specifically Christine Gail and Bell, was great, they were pretty quick with responses and genuinely wanted to help.
