  Blender came with all accessories, packaged decently in a timely manner. Although the blender was completely dead on arrival. No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

  This item was exactly as described. I unboxed it, plugged it in, and was able to use it right away. Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).

  I had a great experience. The camera was shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect working condition. When I opened the box, I noticed that the lens hood was cracked and showed signs of being previously glued. I reached out to BuyDig with photos, and they responded promptly. While they couldn’t replace the hood due to it being out of stock, they immediately offered a partial refund, which I received the very next day.
