    Probably the nicest & most compassionate seller I have ever dealt with here on eBay or any other platform for that matter. Went above & beyond to get my dog her much needed supplement after the delivery company delivered to only God knows where. After reaching out to them about the missing package they immediately responded & assured me that I would receive a replacement. I was blown away when the replacement arrived at my door within hours of my original message. I'm beyond grateful! 🙏

    So I’m leaving positive feedback really I’d like to leave neutral just because of the experience the product itself is fine but the experience was a pain. I originally wanted to cancel today I received a shipping confirmation with the tracking number saying this item was shipped through UPS then it said delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. I called UPS. They told me that the name and address connected to that tracking number wasn’t of mine, but now Amazon delivered the package, which is odd

    This business / seller has the highest integrity I've ever seen. I informed seller Tracking said it was delivered in my mailbox and it was not. Post office lost or delivered it to the wrong address. Yet this seller refunded my payment, even though it wasn't their responsibility. I'm shocked and amazed how well this seller treats their customers. I will save them, and buy again. I'll pray for their success and prosperity. It appears they care about their fellow man more than their own profits.
