  The seller was very responsive and addressed my issues very quickly, satisfactorily and was eager to please. I had ordered a lot of 15 computer units and a few parts broke during shipping and some of the items were missing an adapter. The seller replaced the broken items, and sent the missing adapters plus extras! All taken care of in a couple of days and with good communications. Would highly recommend this seller.

  There was an issue where seller had to use the systems to sort some issue out, right after I purchased, so this order ended up cancelled. Seller was very quick to inform on the issue and refund the purchase. Based on the very prompt response, despite the item no longer being available, this is a positive on the seller for their prompt rersponse and trying to make it right. Good communication!
