Very upstanding seller. Part arrived damaged, which was really too bad. I sent them a photo of the damaged part and they promptly provided a refund without the need to return it. This was good as it was a larger plastic panel and shipping these days is just flat expensive for anything larger than a match box. Greatly appreciated.!

Unfortunately the item arrived with a small defect, however, the seller offered a full return and refund or a discount if I kept it. They allowed me to name a price in the discount I wanted and it was accepted. Even with a defect, I still am well satisfied with this purchase and will purchase more items in the future.
