    Shipping CRTs is a gamble. Far too often are they placed in inadequate packaging and found dead on arrival. But White Whale Resale did everything they could to ensure that this KV-10FMR20 was delivered as described. It was tightly packed in bubble wrap within a small box nested into two larger ones to ensure stability. Strong tape was also used liberally around the large outer box. If you are like me, unable to locate a CRT but desperate to have one, I highly recommend ordering from this seller.

    Seller shipped it in a bag acrossed the country so the case cracked. I found an original and swapped it. Tried to reach the seller a few times and the best response I got was "ok" when I closed the return. Would not buy again and wouldn't recommend. Seller isn't responsible or accountable enough to ship the item properly.
