    The box came in slightly damaged but the figure inside was intact. 100/10 transaction anyway because even if there has been a small issue with the shipment the seller immediately sent me a message to explain the situation and dealt with it in an impeccable way; keeping me updated every step of the process.     Product was listed as new, I received a used quality product that had an open box and no manual. Seller asked for my email addresses so that I would pay for import fees, seller was no help and sold me scratched up, wobbly product that I will respectfully return since I was lied to and took advantage of.
