  Shipping issue where battery was not given to shipper. After 7 days I contacted seller and he got the battery to shipper and received quickly after that. He communicated quickly which I appreciate. I charged the battery and used it today. Good item.

  Item as described, with previous damage not signficantly affecting performance. Required some extra time and effort to ensure it would work well, reducing transaction value slightly. Unit supposedly passed "inspection" but the upper (hot) nipple threads barely accepted a fitting without re-threading, and it seems no effort was made in re-packaging to minimize further damage in shipping. Packaging materials were a disaster, and "extra" screws and washers were strewn about. Fast shipping out.

  Good price by -30%. The retailer had to supply a new battery. It was a little tough getting them to do it. They wanted me to cancel my return order before replacing the battery. Ebay said not to. So they did send me a new battery, but communication was poor.
