  I ordered shoes with this seller. They arrive fast but unfortunately they were too big so I had to return them. I ran into trouble when I was charged 2 return fees, one from Ebay and one for the seller. I contacted Ebay and they were not helpful at all. I then contacted the seller and she offered very graciously to make up for the Ebay return charge. She did not have to do that so I really appreciated the gesture, it is proof that this seller's priority was Customer satisfaction .
