  I can't rate this item's performance, since I haven't used it yet. But, it appears to be well made. When it arrived, I noticed the cardboard shipping container was damaged and taped. This probably occurred during shipping and WAS NOT A FAULT OF THE SELLER. After unboxing, I noticed it had a small dent on the upper left side; otherwise, it looks great. I contacted the seller and the dent issue was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. I researched this unit and the seller's price was very good.

  Shark is a top brand in vacuum cleaners. I shopped around, reading reviews, and landed on this model AZ3002. However, I missed the Black Friday sale and everyone raised prices. This seller offered it a good price, so I snagged it. It was well packed in a separate outer box to protect the original, new manufacturer's packaging.
