    The item purchased was as presented, both in quality and functional. The Seller should be very caution about the shipping company used. The package arrived in a crushed, wet box and in fact had been repackaged in order. to be delivered. If the seller is interested, I have pictures of the package as it arrived. I would be happy to share those with him. The seller did a great job of packing the ice bin, otherwise it would have been crushed by the way it was handled. Hope this helps. Frank

    The rack was as pictured. The seller was good about answering questions before I purchased it so that I knew the rack would fit in my dishwasher. It came a couple days after the shipping window, which caused a bit of a problem because I was out of town so I had to arrange for a neighbor to get it.
