  The puzzle was as described. No packaging or paperwork was included. ZERO padding was protecting the puzzle. Luckily no damage was caused. Shipping took an extra week than said it was supposed to be (14 days total). Item was supposed to be shipped from California, but there was export and import notes from the shipping tracking info.

  The seller changed the price 3x and never shipped the product o e is purchased it. I stayed in contact with them the entire time and was promised the product would ship, they canceled my order and gave me excuse after excuse. Extremely upsetting and frustrating, very unprofessional and not worth the time nor energy. I would never recommend this shop to anyone, I have had no issues with any other sellers except this one. I honestly thing it’s a scam and I have complained to the EBay
