Out of the sellers control, but there was shipping issues, including a lot of damage to the frame and being left at the wrong house.
For damage, the description and photos did not show any damage and some of it is unclear if it was caused by poor shipping or not.
Shipping cost was extremely high for how it treated. Seller had amazing communication and I did get some added history
