  The item itself was exactly as described and arrived on time, however, I want to know WHY this seller refused to provide a rating for me? I paid for the item before you shipped it, AND I did not dispute the charges after you shipped the item, SO I upheld my end of the deal, so AGAIN, I ask WHY this seller felt the necessity in refusing to rate me, is it because YOU WANTED TO SEE IF I WOULD GIVE YOU A GOOD RATING FIRST? Letting you know now, I will NOT be purchasing anything from you again.

  Apparently ebay's feedback system was a little slow, when I first checked it IT did NOT show this sellers feed back, he did leave feed back, HE IS a GOOD seller, that's why I left the good feed back, seems to be an issue with ebay, I WILL buy again from this seller again in the future.
