  Never received handbag, asked twice for refund, they gave me £3.20 refund which was the extra postage p.office said they wanted ( which I refused to pay), they said I could have refund when I closed the case with Ebay, so I did, n I got £3.20!!, so they still owe me just over £14.00, or a handbag, will not deal with or recommend them at all
