He refunded my payment the next day. I appreciate his standing behind the sale and would buy from him again. It was a good value and the Samsung quality was apparent. But its tech, stuff happens.     The listing is for Open Box but honestly this is basically brand new. The exterior packaging may be slightly scuffed or damaged but the device is absolutely pristine. Arrived lightning fast! Well packaged, extremely great price! This seller is fantastic, I would shop here again because I already have. I bought two of them, and the seller was kind enough to send them in different shipments at different times because that's what I needed. If I needed them bundled I would've bought it that way. A+
