    The shoes were listed as a size 8 but were a size 11. The package arrived with " postage due" of $12.26. When returned the seller did not give me a full refund. I paid $48.39 plus $12.26 postage due plus $6.09 return postage for a total of $66.74 and was given a refund of $35.91. When contacted, the seller refused to refund the full amount, even though the errors were hers.
