    Overall when the product arrived it was as described: an open box web-cam in very good condition. So far, working just fine. Extremely disappointed with the seller. Made three attempts to “Contact Seller” none of which were ever responded to. As soon as I placed the order, I realized the wrong shipping address was in place. I immediately sent a message to change the address. Crickets. I tried again early the next day and later. Nothing. Would never buy from the seller again.
