In this case, the item never arrived at the site. The EBay tracking process provided no data, and after allowing a generous amount of time for the package to arrive, seller agreed to a full refund which was transacted almost immediately after the final communication. We are both chalking this up to an issue in the shipment, and nothing to fault with the seller. I will be checking other inventory of seller as they were quick to respond and quick to deal with the issue.
