    Item arrived and is as described. As far as packaging, the seller did not include any padding, bubble wrap, or anything. The Le Creuset box was all kind of beat up; I am lucky that the item itself was not damaged. Overall, I am happy with my purchase, but I do advise seller to package better next time.

    The box is well-padded, so the pot was undamaged. We can not control how the package is treated in transit. Nevertheless, we will look into it.
