The rugs are absolutely beautiful! The pictures do not do them justice. I'm very happy with the quality. However, the listing said they were supposed to ship from Los Angeles, but in reality they shipped from India. It took me about 3 weeks to get them. Email communication was great, and I'm overall satisfied with my purchase. I would rather have known upfront they ship from India.
