  Poor customer service, right out of the box the item did not work after three stapled documents. Contacted seller for resolution. Seller was trying to stiff me because I said it had been 30 days since the purchase. I only open the item 2 weeks ago it's a staple machine it's not something you need to use consistently or daily used it once and within one hour time elapsed it no longer worked again. I wouldn't purchase from this seller again they could've simply resolve.
