  I absolutely got a great deal. The packing was more secure than Fort Knox. Took me a half hour to cut away layers and layers of triple corrugated box, insulation, another corrugated box, and a yards of bubble wrap all held together with half a roll of heavy duty tape. The items is exactly as described. I'm more than satisfied. Seller communication is excellent. Shipping charge was below cost. I couldn't have found a better seller.

  We had a small hiccup on this purchase, the seller sent me the wrong remote, which I'm sure happens sometimes. However they did everything they could to make it right. They shipped out the correct remote super fast, gave me a 50% refund, and the communication was spot on. I would buy from them again, no problem.
