Seller just stopped communicating. TRASH BAG. It nearly messed up my wife's sale of a $650,000 home when she was writing a document on it. Low tier people make low tier businesses. No I will not remove these ratings.

I received a response saying “it will be mailed tomorrow” and then never heard anything else. I asked for a tracking number. Still haven’t heard anything from seller.
