Its been days I ordered a New Item in Blue, they send something opened WITH NO BATTERY, and I am unable to get these **#*^%* to understand their problem... as I sit for DAYS, with an ITEM I CAN NOT USE. And I got the worst response ever with poor english, instead of an offer to CORRECT THE PROBLEM, with a PURCHASE I PAID FOR... This wouldn't happen in brick and mortar. Oh and Ebay is of no help. See Pictures of open box, used items and NO BATTERY !!!!!

Received tablet on 4-24-2024 at 6:21 pm PST time . It was left on my front apartment door, the way I specified it to the people at FEDEX. Open package,and tablet was still intact afer the long journey all the way from Cherry Valley, Masachusetts to El Cajon,California. Put Tablet to the test,and was very impressed by the speed of the microprocessor. The colors are very vivid,and the sound is excellent. Overall, I am very impressed by the DIALN G10 tablet. I guess it was worth the wait.
