  With the exception of a few scratches on the crown, the club appears to be in great shape, but that was in the description so no surprises there! Shipping, however, took two weeks to arrive. USPS lost the package and we had to submit a lost package request before it started moving again. When it finally arrived the box was completely smashed and bent. I was afraid that the shaft would be in pieces, but it was fine! Communication throughout the process was excellent. Thank you!!

  GREAT: * Communication - Quick * Shipping - Shipped out that day and arrived quickly * Packaging - Professional packaged with bubble wrap with anti-static syrofoam peanuts BAD: * Condition - Item was listed in "good". Should have been "Fair" (between "good" and "parts only). Not for business use, maybe home use. Item was being held together with cable ties & tape. Parts were loose. Tape is jamming. It will need to be fixed (salvage) if home-made repairs don't work, it will be trashed.
