  The item arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Pics were shared. Seller offered a partial refund but was also rude and challenged me to find the same item on ebay for the same great price; completely ignoring the item is now damaged. Poor customer service. Shipping cost was fair but item arrived damaged and seller basically became rude about it. Hopefully the seller does a better job packaging items next time. Neutral feedback is being fair. Could easily be negative feedback.

I'm sorry if I came across rude. when I was saying to check the prices on other items I was trying to say that it might not be worth it for you to return it. I wasn't justifying myself for the bad packaging or saying that you should be happy with what you got. all in all you were a great customer. thanks again for the fair feedback. hope to do more business sometime!

  This guy sold me a non-working phone. As I was trying to contact him for refund I mistakenly pressed case closed.i contacted, but they refused to refund my $79.50. This seller is not a sincere seller at all kick him out.

  hi. Im sorry about what you experienced. I was very clear in the description and in the pictures about all issues with the item. if you weren't satisfied , I would have been happy to allow a return, but I can only do that when its buyer initiated. for security, we do not do refunds and shipping off the eBay platform.
