    Excellent experience with the seller. The piece that I ordered survived with a fracture I do believe that this was just due to the shipping despite excellent wrapping. Given that I do feel that it was not related to the sellers care, I did let her know, but I did not expect any refund. Seller provided a refund regardless, very conscientious. Would purchase from again Excellent experience. Genuine product as prescribed excellent value.

    Shipping time was pretty good. Item arrived well packaged and even the smaller pieces were placed in a bag instead of them just wrapped in something. The doll itself was in bubble wrap & arrived in a cardboard box. The pictures & description was on point. Doll is in great condition. Sometimes sellers pictures don’t actually match item. I even messaged seller about doll clothes and they sent me another picture to confirm. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
