    shipping was very fast, price amazing. it could have been packaged better and placed on a better pallet. The pallet broke in shipping and one of the boards came loose and bent a few of the fins and rubbed an indentation on the copper line, we contected them, they were quick to respond and said they would ship a replacement line. It has still not arrived, we couldn t wait any longer to install the A/C unit as it was purchased for a church and was badly needed, the unit works good.

    Very fast shipping. The unit arrived with all the seals intact and the containers were unblemished. When I opened the compressor carton there was a large dent in the side of the metal casing. It could only have occurred before the unit was crated for shipping. It does not appear to affect the operation of the unit. Looks like a return that was repackaged and sold as new.
