    I never received my order. Ordered in June 2025. Today is 7/9/25 and I still haven't received my order. Tried to cancel but the seller refuses to communicate with me in any effect or meaningful way. They have responded only once to tell me just to keep waiting. This seller sucks. Don't buy from them!

I explained the situation to Bodtronics, and although their investigation with USPS indicated that the package was delivered, they issue me a refund. I will certainly recommend utilizing them for purchases as they responded to my inquiries in a timely manner.
