    Terrible seller with terrible product. Items were listed as “brand new” in the description but the listing was “open box”. Received the items and they were USED (construction dust all over the item and the box). Contacted the seller, very rude and he didn’t do partial refund or return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

    The item listed as open box and might have some surface dust due to dust storm in New Mexico and Texas. I offered return and refund. The buyer ONLY want refund but REFUSE to return the item. I refused this request, and he filed a bank dispute.
