  Great part and price. Shipping took longer than expected but. It due to the seller. USPS just drops the ball. So no biggie. Seller provided great product at reduced cost. Package came in as described and extra care towards ensuring no damage with extra support in package. Would buy again with no hesitation!!!

  The item was opened, but appeared in excellent condition. Quality is great, works as advertised. It was definitely priced at a great value and appears the correct color.   Terrible seller with terrible product. Items were listed as “brand new” in the description but the listing was “open box”. Received the items and they were USED (construction dust all over the item and the box). Contacted the seller, very rude and he didn’t do partial refund or return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

  The item listed as open box and might have some surface dust due to dust storm in New Mexico and Texas. I offered return and refund. The buyer ONLY want refund but REFUSE to return the item. I refused this request, and he filed a bank dispute.

  Shipped and delivered quickly. Packaging was effective in avoiding shipping damage. Listed as "Excellent, in new condition" but knob has minor scratches. I am not penalizing seller for this as it would be easy to miss, and the rest of the keyboard is flawless. Close enough to "new condition" as described that I don't personally care. To buyer: I may not mind, but future-buyers may not be so reasonable so I would advise further scrutiny moving forward.
