  Item was packed well. Seller listed item as "New - Open box". But It was indeed used. Deep scuffs on the headband, microphone looks like it was chewed on? The headset is in overall good shape and everything works. Box was missing the user manual and warranty information, as well as the included $15 Dolby Atmos membership which is a staple feature, and is needed to use the headset correctly. Seller could benefit from checking their items closer! I would indeed buy from this seller again.
